Chef’s Cooks Club

Our popular cooks clubs have a new theme for our fifth year. Each month the club starts at 11.30am with a one hour demonstration, before a delicious two course lunch, featuring a dish that has been showcased that day.

Chateaubriand Offer

The Pudding Table
Our fourth pudding table will be held at 7.30pm on the 23rd of March.

Enjoy a glass of wine on arrival followed by a seasonal main course from our set menu followed by 5 scrumptious desserts.

Crème de mure is topped with our Italian Jeio Prosecco & garnished with a fresh blackberry.

Berry Delight
Plymouth English gin is shaken along with Bottlegreen spiced berry cordial, fresh blueberry puree & lemon juice. Served long over cubed ice with a topping of ginger beer.

Caribbean Fever
Bring some sunshine to January with this blend of Koko Kanu coconut rum, crème de banana, pineapple puree & apple juice.

Orange & Passion Fruit Cooler
Wyborowa vodka, Gran Marnier & fresh Passion fruit puree are shaken and served long with soda water.

Peach & Raspberry Caipirinha
Crème de peche, Cachaca; a pure sugar cane rum, are blended with fresh peach & raspberry puree and served over crushed ice.

Cherry Old Fashioned
A twist on the classic old fashioned. Maraschino cherry liquor is stirred along with freshly muddled orange, Angostura bitters and a healthy amount of Makers Mark bourbon cubed ice and an orange twist garnish.
